Who we are

siterefresh.thesaasguy.app is a tool of The SaaS Guy (TheSaaSGuy), operated by Illés István Kristóf, a sole trader in Budapest, Hungary (details below).

What you get

• You submit a public homepage address. We return one image.
• The image is a concept: a picture of a possible direction. It keeps the business name and content as far as the tool can, and it can miss things. It is not a site you can click, host or publish as-is.
• In test mode the image is a labelled placeholder ("Test mode, sample concept"), not a generated redesign.
• In live mode the image is generated from a screenshot of the page you named. It is still a concept, not a finished site.
• We can refuse an address, slow the tool down, or stop for the day when the free limit is reached (3 previews from one connection, and a shared daily cap).

No price, no checkout, no withdrawal box

There is no fee, no basket and no card payment on SiteRefresh. Because you do not buy anything here, this page does not ask you to give up the 14-day withdrawal right that applies to paid online contracts. A later build by TheOnlineYou would be a separate contract with that studio, on their terms, not these ones.

The optional quote

After a preview, you can ask TheOnlineYou, a web studio, for a quote. Sending the form emails your details to hello@theonlineyou.hu. It does not hire anyone and it does not reserve a price. The studio may reply in English or Hungarian. No response time is promised on this page.

Your address and the pictures

• Only submit a site you are allowed to show us. Do not submit a private, local or internal address. Those are blocked.
• You may look at your concept and, if you choose, send it to the studio with the form. Please don't present the concept image as a launched website or as a real client's result.
• The images stay available at their private links for 35 days so the email still works, then they are deleted.

Acceptable use

Don't use SiteRefresh to probe internal networks, to overload the service, or to generate images that break the law. We may block an address or a connection that does.

Liability

The concept is an automatic picture, offered for free, and it may be wrong, incomplete or, in test mode, a placeholder. We do not promise that a generated image matches the live site, or that a quote will lead to a build. For business users, liability for using the free tool is limited to zero, except where the law does not allow that limit (for example intent or gross negligence). Consumers keep the mandatory rights of the country where they live.

Law

Hungarian law applies. If you are a consumer, you keep the mandatory consumer rules of your home country. Please email us first. Consumers can use a conciliation board. For Budapest that is the Budapest Conciliation Board.
